Q: What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (EST) Saturdays 8am – 4pm.

Q: Do you only sell Jeep parts and only work on Jeeps?

No! We service and sell not only Jeeps but many other makes and models. Our core focus is Jeeps, Trucks and SUV’s but you’ll find just about anything in our store and on our retail car lot.

Q: Do you offer installs?

Absolutely! Come visit and see us in our brand new 10,000 sq. foot facility. You’ll find 12 service bays plus a detail department. All staffed with ONLY the most qualified techs. You can have us install everything and anything we sell PLUS we offer a complete line of general maintenance and custom services from A to Z.  We do book up quickly so give a call today.

Q: Do you offer consultations?

Sure do! You can chat with us via messenger, by phone, or better yet come is and sit down with John or Jared in our service department. Together they’ll help to build your dream. Consultations are free and casual. No appointment is needed.

Q: Do you have a retail store?

Yes we do! We are located at 206 South Main Street East Windsor CT. You’ll find our showroom stocked with the most popular parts and apparel and our retail car lot filled with really cool vehicles. Please stop by and say hello. If you’re looking for something specific feel free to call and check that it’s in stock. 860-627-5601

Q: When will my order ship?

Normally most orders ship within 24-36 hours unless otherwise specified. This excludes built-to-order, backorder, pre-order. Note that the Coronavirus pandemic still has a lingering effect on shipping and that while we will do our best there are times shipping will be out of our control.

Q: What are your methods of payment?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, PayPal and Venmo

You can order online, by phone or in person.

Q: I need to change or cancel my order.

We understand that sometimes things do change. Please reach out to us immediately. If your item has been shipped chances are we won’t be able to cancel. Please note: custom orders, and clearance items can not be cancelled or refunded.

Q: How will my order ship?  

We ship USPS, UPS and FedEx Ground

Q: How do I track my order?

We’ll email you a confirmation once a tracking number is generated.

Q: Do you ship to a PO Box or APO?

We can but it depends on the carrier so just call.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! All orders over $75 and within the lower 48 states include FREE shipping. Freight items however are excluded.

Q: Do you offer financing?

We do! You have a few options. You can finance your purchase with PayPal Financing directly through PayPal or use the link at checkout to finance with Affirm. If you’re having us do an install you can finance that too with AutoPass.

Q: What is your Warranty Policy?

Most warranties are covered by the manufacturer, and you’ll find details on our product pages. If you have questions or need help just give us a shout.

Q: Something is wrong with my item

No problem! If you’re item arrives damaged or incorrect just please reach out to us immediately. We’ll take it from there.

Q: My item is a back ordered product. What happens now?

In the event of a back-ordered item, we will contact you to confirm the status and provide you alternatives.

Q: I need to return/exchange a product

That’s not a problem, just reach out to us immediately to begin. Returns do require prior authorization. We only accept new, unopened, unused items for returns.

Q: I don't see what I'm looking for on your website. Can you still get it?

Probably. Just give us a call.

Q: Can you price match?

In most cases we can price match products listed on authorized competitor sites. Again, please call.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

You pay sales tax only if you reside in Connecticut.
